Each night, Dentisoft's appointment book will be updated with confirmations provided by your patients. The "Confirmed" or "Left Message" button will be selected automatically on the Add/Edit Appointment screen. If the phone number is non-working, the "Bad number" button will be clicked. Calls will continue to be made up to 24 hours before the appointment. Your appointment book will therefore display a "check" next to the names of patient who have confirmed. You can of course continue to use these fields manually to modify the patient's status. Confirmations made manually by you will NOT be overridden by icNotify .

There are no set-up fees if you use the standard recorded message (below), and just $0.15 per minute and the average call is about 1 minute. Charges will apply whenever a person or answering machine is reached There is no set-up fee or minimum usage fee. Using the icNotify website you can view a complete accounting of every call made, status, and charge. Custom phone messages can also be professionally recorded for approximately $500 each.

In the Dentisoft "Office Manager" module you will need to activate the service, and enter your icNotify provided Username and Password. You can also select to have appointment reminders sent for each appointment generated, or only those you elect. You can also modify the number of days prior to the appointment you would like the calls to be placed (our standard is three days).

Submit the interest form on DentalOfficeStaff.com, and a representative from icNotify will contact you within 24 hours. You will be required to provide some basic information about the practice as well as a credit card which will be billed each month for use of the service a contract for invoicing purposes. You will receive a short power-point training on the product as well.
